On The Needles:(0:32)

Gigi talks about #oneadayinmay, and how she has changed her objective to knitting one preemie hat a day.  She mentions having cast on all of the socks out of Hunter Hammersen's The Knitter's Curiosity Cabinet at one point of time.

Jasmin has finished the Striped Austen Cowl by Margaret Skår. This is a kit from  Canon Hand Dyes.

Gigi is working on the  Gansey socks and enjoying it.

Jasmin has started the Rainbow Dots Cowl kit, (Pattern by Janina Böttger, yarn in a kit from Canon Hand Dyes.)

Jasmin mentions the Philosopher's Wool Technique that she learned ages ago.

Gigi is working on the last stripe of the Boneyard Shawl in the Urban Sunrise colorway by Abstract Fiber.

And she has finished a preemie hat every day for her #oneadayinmay.

Jasmin is working on the  Kapuzin hoodie, in Lisa Sousa's Hardtwist, in the St Louis Blues colorway.
Trying to pick buttons with Genevieve was challenging. Jasmin has grosgrain ribbon with Thing One and Thing Two, and she went on Etsy and found Cat in the Hat plastic hats that she will turn into buttons.

Also, she has cast on the Fractal Danger by Martina Behm, out of the "Danger" colorway by Abstract Fiber, and it is lovely. (This was from the Bar Maids Knitmore Girls "House Special" box.)

We gush about how talented Martina Behm is. Jasmin mentions A Playful Day, and the episode featuring Ysolda Teague.

Gigi mentions the Einstein Coat, and how talented the designer (Sally Melville) is and a lot of her patterns are garterstitch, and the designs are very sophisticated and elegant. (Mom mentions The Knit Stitch.)

When Knitting Attacks:(41:17)

Gigi got KO-ed SPELLING? by a vanilla preemie hat. Go figure.

Jasmin's 3 mm needles all went into hiding to mess with her. Ditto at the knitting shop. And she has plans for Stash Dash.
