You probably won't catch us bungee jumping off the Stratosphere or diving with the sharks off the sandy shores of Hawaii (actually you might), but the adventure of submerging ourselves into an unknown city is priceless. We feel that we can build a deeper connection and understanding of our customers (advocates, peeps, close-knit tribe) as we get lost within their hometowns. This is exactly why we are taking two new cities for a spin this April, Pasadena and Nashville. Meet up with us April 17-19 in Pasadena at Vogue Knitting Live or meet up with us April 24-26 in Nashville at Stitches South. Seriously, stop by and let us know your favorite place to grab dinner, a drink, socialize, or even relax. We can't wait to see you there!

On The Needles:(0:32)

One minute health update.

Gigi has finished three pairs of socks: a pair of Regia Südsee vanilla socks, a pair of Van Gogh socks, and the Mystik Spiral socks, by Mint Rain in Ocean Depth.

Jasmin has been working on the  Kapuzin hoodie, in Lisa Sousa's Hardtwist, in the St Louis Blues colorway, and is waxing poetic about how lovely the color is. She says the photos don't do the color justice.  She likes the tips for photography from Boston Jen and Knitting Butterflies, and the white balance on the Camera + app.

Gigi has knit a few preemie hats and she has washed and blocked a swatch for the 1000 Tulips shawl by Martina Behm #Behmalong, out of Rohrspatz und Wollmeise yarn.

Jasmin has found some finishing mojo and is trashtalking NDJen04 from the Commuter Knitter podcast.  She wants to finish every UFO ever started. Leslie from the KnitGirllls is mentioned, as are the Savvy Girls.

Gigi is working on the Boneyard Shawl in the Urban Sunrise colorway by Abstract Fiber.

Jasmin has sewn in a sleeve on the Barberry Cardigan (for Genevieve) out of Abstract Fiber Calder (in the "Saffron" colorway). #matchymatchyKAL #projectsweaterchest, and mentions a recipe for Barberry Rice. And she used the Tincanknits pattern for the Gramps shawl collar on this pattern.

Gigi put one row on her Viajante.

Jasmin is working on the Austen Cowl from Canon Hand Dyes.

Mother Knows Best:(33:55)

This week we answer a question from the "What do you want to hear about?" thread in the forum
about what we do with fabric scraps. We like to hear what you do with your scraps, so please tell us in the episode thread.

When Knitting Attacks:(42:16)

Gigi was attacked repeatedly by the Boneyard shawl, and she attacked her Lorelei.

Jasmin enthuses about Forest on First. (Closed now, very sad.)
Jasmin mentions the Head to Toe Project

Purloined:(45:58)

We thought we had purloined a great idea from the Prairie Girls. We thought their plan was to cast on a new project a day.  Their idea did not have this crazy scope, they suggested casting on something new for Mothers' Day.

Gigi mentions Stash Dash. And she is wondering about rules for the Stash Dash.

Review:(49:08)

This week we review: Brooklyn Tweed Mens II Collection

And Sew On:(1:00:49)

Gigi is working on a dress for Genevieve McCall's M5791  out of Tuttifrutti, available at Jo-Anne's and Hancock's.

Jasmin has sewing envy from listening to the Fluffy Fibers podcast.
