Gigi  finished another pair of the Vanilla is the New Black socks, out of Patons Kroy with black, red

and brown stripes. She is working on the last pair of the amazing sale Patons Kroy yarn with  

pretty pale green stripes. Gigi is working on another

Vanilla is the New Black sock in Plymouth Yarn, Superwash merino Nylon and Lurex.  

Jasmin cast on a FoolProof cowl in Alexandra the Art of Yarn, Sun River base in “persimmon” and

“Espresso”.

Gigi is swatching for a fade cowl .

Gigi swatched and cast on for Clockwork by Stephen West, in grey and white Oink Pigments yarn.

When Knitting Attacks: (28:04)

Gigi thought she had figured out bead placement on the French Cancan. She didn’t like beads in the

chain of knitted stitches next to the lace. 

Gigi swatched for a fade cowl, then she swatched again with fingering yarn, because she had pulled out

the first fingering swatch, put the needles away and not taken notes. She repeatedly pulled out the toe

decreases for a VITNB sock.

Gigi is working on an old UFO, a white on black toile print, a flared skirt with lining.

Jasmin is installing a dual separating zipper on her Carli cardigan. Tutorial in highlights on instagram and

in the Mariah project page.

Gigi finally found the Carli cardigan and the zipper.  She put it on the dress form and pinned the zipper in

place, and then decided to machine sew it.

Spruce green while on video chat. She’s finished the body and on the cuff of the first sleeve.

Gigi  is working on yet another pair of the Vanilla is the New Black socks, out of Patons Kroy, with
black, red and brown stripes. Gigi is also working on the last pair of the amazing sale Patons Kroy yarn with pretty pale green stripes. Gigi as also cast on another Vanilla is the New Black

Jasmin swatched for her Ursa in Knitted Wit Aran Shimmer in Peachberry Sparkle.

Gigi is swatching for a Gradient fade cowl in Onyx Fiber Arts. Pattern said worsted yarn held double. She is swatching with
fingering yarn on size 1 needles, and  using her Knitmore cowl as a template And learning how to

use Knitcompanion

When Knitting Attacks: (22:28)

Gigi swatched for a Gradient fade cowl. 

Jasmin got out her tools and fixed her umbrella swift.

Gigi turned the heel in the sparkly Plymouth Yarn sock. She was talking on Zoom, not paying attention,
and messed up the heel turn.

Gigi is wrestling with the bead placement in the lace pattern for the French Cancan

Fireside knitting. Sidewalk chalk art. Rode bikes!

And Sew On:(34:30)

Gigi is sewing a UFO,  a white on black toile print. It is a flared skirt with lining.  

Last week, she sewed the zipper, center back seam, hemmed lining, serged bottom of hem, and pressed
hems.
This week she pinned skirt and lining together, sewed lining and skirt together, and pressed.

She also worked on the postage stamp project. She finished the last bit of quilting, attached a zipper and
sewed the edges together.

Jasmin installed a better zipper on her Mariah and is installing a dual separating zipper on her Carli
cardigan. Tutorial in highlights on instagram and in the Mariah project page.

Gigi is working on the French Cancan shawl in Oink Pigments dk, extra fine Superwash merino, in the

"Birthday Suit" colorway.  Gigi strung one length of beads onto   Oral B Superfloss with beads. She needs

to knit a swatch and figure out bead placement. 

Jasmin has been working on her Weekender pullover in Lisa Souza Blue Faced Leicester Worsted in

Spruce green while on video chat. She’s finished the front, and is nearly finished with the back.

Gigi  is working on yet another pair of the Vanilla is the New Black socks, out of Patons Kroy with

black and red and brown stripes. She got both socks to the toe decreases.

Pressed zipper open. Sewed I invisible zipper with new to me technique. Easiest way ever. Couldn’t find

textbook for technique, Got Sandra Betzina's Power Sewing off the shelf.  Doesn’t need a hemostat.

Sewed in zipper, center back seam, hemmed lining, serged bottom of hem. Pressed hems. Pinned skirt

and lining together.
