You also may know that you can choose among twenty colors and six styles for the 3D-printed whorls—or that the bobbins break down for easy travel and storage. But… did you know that Akerworks™ bobbins hold more fiber, for most styles, than the related manufacturer’s bobbin? Akerworks™: We like making things.

Named for the Three Fates and the Three Graces in Greek Mythology, Infinite Twist Fates and Graces are three-packs of cake-dyed gradient yarns. They are sisters (from the same dye lot), but not triplets. Each cake is 200 yards long, and knits up into five unique stripes. Variegated, speckled, or semi-solid, each stripe brings something new to your needles. To showcase these gorgeous gradients, Infinite Twist has worked up an easy Bias Scarf Kit featuring Fates and Graces. If you can k2tog and m1, you can knit this scarf!Perfect for purse- or travel-knitting, and available in the Infinite Twist shop.

On the Needles:(0:34)
Gigi has had a crazy week with very little  knitting

Jasmin and Genevieve finalized the design on the Te Fiti sweater.

Gigi is working on another bear preemie hat litter of preemie bear cubs.
She heard about the Itty Bitty Bear Hats pattern from Paula of the Knitting Pipeline podcast,

Jasmin has made some progress on the Love Still Wins mittens from Infinite Twist, benefiting Lambda Legal Defense.

She has an eggplant color purple from Lisa Souza for Rex.

Jasmin is on the green stripe of her Resistance Hat by Krista Nelson out of the Marriage Equality Gradient from Neighborhood Fiber Co. Other changes include : an added orange stripe (no hate - no ban - no wall), adding “she persisted” to the red stripe, and “love is love” to the rainbow crown.

Jasmin mentions Alison Hyde.

Jasmin worked on the La Belle et la Bete cowl from Little Skein in the Big Wool while watching the new Beauty and the Beast.

Gigi knitted some more on the Beastkeeper shawl  with yarn from Twisted Owl Fiber Studio

Jasmin is trying to jump start her sock mojo with a skein of “Plastic Pony” self striping from Asfaltsflickandesign for #operationsockdrawer and #sockschool2017

Mother Knows Best:(17:45)
This week we answer a question from the "What do you want to hear about?" thread about knitting guilds.

When Knitting Attacks:(24:15)
Gigi was working on the Beastkeeper shawl. She switched to a longer needle, it worked so much better. She noticed that the last contrast color row was knitted straight across instead of every other stitch. Tink!

Jasmin finds the green stripe on her Resistance Hat is tricky.
